Real Estate Over Stocks
...Also strong in today's speculation
market is Westwater Construction, headed by Mark S. Miller, with
Terri Conti. At their new Stillwater
On The Bay enclave, near the mainland side of
Siesta Key's south bridge, they have spec homes priced at $2.95,
$3.1 and $3.7 million.
Miller, who has been building homes and doing major renovations for more than
10 years, includes wood and marble flooring, crown moldings,
custom columns and natural stone balusters and tile roofs.
Other features designed to attract buyers: a disappearing-edge
pool, kitchen with granite tops and the upscale appliance
names.
Nearby, at 1635 Stanford Lane, they have another canal-front spec home at $1.8
million, and others to come on Siesta Key's Shell Road.
Their most-expensive spec home, listed for $3.7 million,
is in Harbor Acres. It has 5,300 square feet under air
and will be ready within three months.
